Mr Racing is helping raise awareness to young Harrsion’s story. Harrison’s story was bought to our attention by John Walter from Racing Watch, who is currently running a Charity Challenge for the month of May where he is having a bet each day and all the profit he is donating all his profits won each day to young Harrison and his family.
We donated 10% from Slippin’ Jimmy’s prize money and what a thrill is was for the family. Olivia rang and explained how much it meant to the family.

Race Reviews
Cherry Rose
What a very funny race this was and I must say was not comfortable when jockey J Stanley gave up the lead like he did. It took the entire straight to reel in the leader after they absolutely crawled in the early and middle stages.
Parues
Very heavily backed and began well but she couldn't hold her position and around Gatton when you begin like that you need to capatilse on it. Shuffled back to be 4th last on the bend and havign to make up way to much ground. Poor ride!
Arabian Summer
We were utterly shocked that the money didn't come from her. She blew from 6.5 out to 12.0 but once the race started it was clear the intention was to go back or take a sit. She ended up being caught 4 wide throughout when she could of easily led them up. She fought all the way to the line, getting the head down at the right time to get the money. The favourite and the hardest to beat we thought was Eneeza who got a nice run just in behind the speed but didn't finish off at all.
Hardware Lane
We went to the well again with Hardware Lane but it was not a repeat dose we served up to the bookies the start prior. Beagn fairly but pushed forward to take up the lead, the way the track was playing we were happy about it but in saying that he has never lead in his life and maybe that was the overall detrement to his performance. Not being able to finsih off and beaten 2.49 lengths in the end.

One of the best turn of foot we have seen on a horse of late. This 2yr old by Headwater was one Mr Racing was looking to purchase a yearling but had a very high reserve price tag. Yesterday he made it 2 from 2 to kick off his career and it was very impressive the way he put them away once let go. KEEN TO FOLLOW.

Slippin’ Jimmy Report:
He looks great Jimmy. Everything is coming along perfect for next Wednesday when he is accepting at Doomben over the 1350m.
Whiskey Tower Report:
After anopther disappointing performance she is off to the paddock for a spell. Hopefully we can see her come back an improved horse like we seen a glimpse of at the Sunshine Coast at just her second career start.
Instigate Report:
Dave is just trying to get things right with her feet at the moment but he is backing off at the moment as she is growing and maturing and just not handling this prep. We will be having a spell now and get her back when she is ready.
Anti Tank Missle Report:
Wow, that was a huge surprise. We thought it would just be a quiet one out the back and let him get a bit of an education but he really wanted to pick up underneath Wiggo. He is very raw and green which is to be expected as Dave has done nothing with him. We will see how he comes through and keep progressing to another jumpout before getting to the races.
Daring Exploit Report:
Looks super this bloke who has not long arrived in the stables. He will be penciled in for a jumpout/trial on the 9th of July.
John Rambo Report:
He is still out at Embrook, looking but coming along well, he is currently on the treadmill doing his pre-training prior to coming back into the stables.

Jimmyinthejungle Report:
Well, we have made it to our first jumpout, although it was a surprise update from Adam this morning that today was the day not tomorrow due to the Ambulance not being available tomorrow. I have attached the video to this email and have spoken with both Adam and jockey Jasper Franklin regarding his performance. He is the one who steps half a length slowly but then musters in the middle and stays in the middle of three. The winner (outside white sleeves) is named Sujeed and has had one start where it ran 4th beaten 2.7lengths in a Saturday race. Adam’s Comments: He was a little slow away but mustered quick, hung out and got on the wrong leg coming around the bend but was strong through the line. Very happy with him but is very green which is to be expected being his first time. Lovely first time especially when I haven’t done much with him and he will really come on from that today. Jasper’s Comments: He’s a very very nice horse in the making, has a lot to learn but he will pick it up as he goes. You will have a serious amount of fun with him, he tries very hard. Exciting to see how he pulls up and progresses onwards. | |

Jungle Cat x Khasahn
Mr Racing had this colt on our radar at the sales due to his half-brother (King Klaus) whom we tried to buy after his first race start. He is a fast, tough 1000m horse who has built a very handy record (29s :14 - 6 -1) and earned over $300,000 in prize money.
We loved his length, good muscle with clean knees and tracks well, he has a great head and a lovely mover.

Master Rich
Mr Racing along with trainer Jared Wehlow, purchased Master Rich at the recent Inglis Digital Online Sale for $8,000. He looks suited to North Queensland racing, especially the big Rockampton track and his run-on debut at Beaudesert was good when unsuited.
