Slippin' Jimmy Give Away Winner
What an absolute thrill it is to be welcoming another Mr Racing member into the realm of horse ownership.
Not only has this lucky member scored a FREE 2.5% share in Slippin’ Jimmy but they are off to the races tomorrow night in a $100,000 maiden race. If Slippin’ Jimmy can win, then Greg has just won $1,200 in prize money for his very first race start for him.

Mr Racing has 4 main chances in the 100’s and 1000 mdn worth $50k to the winner.
No.5 Capital Chase: first up for S. Kendrick and has trialled well twice for this. He must be flying, as he has also accepted in the listed Gold Edition plate on Saturday at Eagle Farm.
No.8 Payline: Blinkers on. We blackbooked him on his trial before it raced and raced well in its first preparation. Good run first up after a poor ride and a good jockey change with R. Dolan going on. Could be looking for 1200m but will storming home late.
No. 9 Slippin’ Jimmy: Unlucky on debut when still a tad new. He will need luck from the alley where he has drawn 12 or 13 from 16 starters after scratchings. Trainer David Vandyke said he did its best work of his career on Monday and is ready to rumble. If he can get in 3w with a trail midfield or better, he should race well.
4th pick No.3 Sir Leonidas: first up and has been set for this. Loved its trial at Deagon where he ran through the line in good time. He could be looking for further but might be a blowout.
Other chances are No.1 Luvarchie, No. 10 Targeted, and No.13 Heiress

Our Tips
Laurel Hill
We were worried about the jockey and it proved to be a telling tale. After beginning ok, she couldn't hold her spot, eventually being shuffled back and unable to control her mount. She was then forced wider, turning into the straight and ran on well considering the run she had. Complete forgive.
Rapbidash & Associate
Rapbidash: Another run you can put a pen through and just forget it went around. Nothing went right from the start; after being hampered at the start, it was tightened for room in the straight and the sectionals it had to over come. Jockey J. Collet, prior to the correct weight being declared, even viewed the official video to see if there were grounds to lodge a protest against McKeon in relation to an incident where it shifted outwards, causing interference with Associate.
Associate, who was very heavily backed after we took as much as 9.0 for members. He stepped slowly and was caught 3 wide throughout with a trail, copped slight interference in the straight and was eventually beaten 1.81 lenghths.
Extremist
We thought she was over the odds in early markets and were on each way. She was sensationally backed, starting at 2.35 but didn't ping the gates and worked across to eventually take up the lead. She has batted on in the worst going to finish 4th beaten just under 2 lengths, with 1st, 2nd and 3rd all coming from midfield or worse and running on in the better lanes.

Mr Racing loved the first-up of Spring Lee on Saturday at Kembla Grange. She blew them away in quick time with plenty in store. She'll go through the grades quite quickly on that performance.

We just couldn’t get any momentum, which resulted in an overall loss of -253 units.
Our first PUNTER OF THE WEEK Neville. B didn’t walk away with any profit after our finishing bankroll was $7,447 overall. It was a tough week to swallow, team.

Just a quick note to let you know that Use Your Illusion is penciled in commence pre-training on Monday at River Junction.
He will have a week or two there and then head to Jake Capewell to continue with his preparation under saddle there.

Jungle Cat x Khasahn
Mr Racing had this colt on our radar at the sales due to his half-brother (King Klaus) whom we tried to buy after his first race start. He is a fast, tough 1000m horse who has built a very handy record (29s :14 - 6 -1) and earned over $300,000 in prize money.
We loved his length, good muscle with clean knees and tracks well, he has a great head and a lovely mover.

Master Rich
Mr Racing along with trainer Jared Wehlow, purchased Master Rich at the recent Inglis Digital Online Sale for $8,000. He looks suited to North Queensland racing, especially the big Rockampton track and his run-on debut at Beaudesert was good when unsuited.
