The Butcher Who Is $1,600 Richer
What a great catch-up it was with our local butcher, Matty the Meat Merchant.
Matty was our Gold Member winner of the $500 each way play on Deep Rouge on Melbourne Cup day banking himself $1,600 in CASH.
Now, Matty joined the Silver Membership when Mr Racing had launched but he soon transitioned into the Gold Membership, after he had built a bankroll from the Silver Membership’s winning tips.
Winning this $1,600 Punter Of The Day Promotion has not only covered his entire year’s membership but also put some extra money in his pocket.

Our Tips
Singer Sargent
We were hoping Ryan could bounce him out and settle that pair closer and after he was away fairly, mustered to settle midfield the rail. Coming to the turn, Ryan popped him off the fence but had a bumping jewel with Euromantic to his inside. He looked as if he was going to drop out of it after but to his credit, he picked up and kept coming, eventually putting them away to win by 1 length on the line.
Right To Party & Quinella
You never like it when they get vetted behind the gates and that is exactly what happened to Right To Party. She was passed fit to run and settled outside the horse, whom we said was hardest to beat in Miraval Rose who got full control up front and put a good margin back to 2nd and 3rd. Right To Party had a good battle up the straight but just couldn't hold on for 2nd to land the quinella for members and our Punter Of The Day.
Vivy Air
She was well supported late in betting and began ok and was ridden to hold a spot a lot closer to the pace. She got the lovely run throughout and had every possible chance but looked to just be a bit one-paced, eventually holding on for 3rd beaten 3.5 lengths.
Limero
Gee he has done some work early here to ensure he held the lead. Once in the straight Jimmy let him go early, and the eventual winner in Secret Statement at the 100m mark never looked to be the one that would get up in the 4 way photo finish. Stuck on well after the early work he has done.

Rapbidash
Mr Racing blackbooked Rapbidash after her debut win and is unbeaten since, by the same sire (Supido) as one of our favourites in Buenos Noches and our very own Kesalul. First up, last Sunday, she jumped from barrier 7 of 7 as well as looking new in the yard. Rapbidash was ridden conservatively early in last place in a slowly run race. She flew home to just win in a very fast last 600m sectional of 33.89. Next year, we wouldn't be surprised if she's a Country Championship or Kosciuszko contender.

He is really starting to look fit now; it is certainly the best he has looked this prep.
Excited for next Friday (15th) when he contests the TAB 100’s and 1000’s maiden race at the Sunshine Coast. Fields out next Wednesday, the day before we draw his new winning owner!
Brave Smash x Provocator Filly Report:
She looks outstanding, this filly. She had a little run-up in 3 quarter and surprised her rider when she really quickened and beat the horse she was working with by 5 lengths. We can’t read too much into it as they are both very new to it but positive signs.
Might get to a 400m jumpout this time in, which would be nice.

Kesalul Report:
Lovely first trial back for Kesalul who settled in behind them before getting to the outside and working home under his own. We are excited to see where he can get to this prep after having two starts in his first racing campaign for a 1st and a 2nd.
Brave Mead Report:
He has headed for a well earned spell after his Spring Campaign.

Jungle Cat x Khasahn
Mr Racing had this colt on our radar at the sales due to his half-brother (King Klaus) whom we tried to buy after his first race start. He is a fast, tough 1000m horse who has built a very handy record (29s :14 - 6 -1) and earned over $300,000 in prize money.
We loved his length, good muscle with clean knees and tracks well, he has a great head and a lovely mover.

Master Rich
Mr Racing along with trainer Jared Wehlow, purchased Master Rich at the recent Inglis Digital Online Sale for $8,000. He looks suited to North Queensland racing, especially the big Rockampton track and his run-on debut at Beaudesert was good when unsuited.
