GLAD THAT’S OVER – 2022
It was the last week of 2022 and we didn’t bow out the way we wanted. With 3 suggested plays, we finished with a 2nd, 3rd and an unplaced multi.
Bring on 2023, where we have many great things to look forward to, starting with John Rambo jumping out tomorrow and the release of our app and website within the next fortnight. It’s in Apple’s hands now 🙂

Thalassophile – Another 2nd
Mr Racing thought Thalassophile was a good value play in a very hard race. We mentioned in the preview that the concern would be that she could be back in the field around Gosford and that is how it played out with the winner Deny Knowledge leading throughout.
Well done to those members who sent in messages saying they backed Thalassophile each way and got the 3.4 the place. 🙂
Oakfield Duke – Big drifter
Mr Racing didn’t visualise the race panning out the way it did after they went 200m. Apprentice Zac Lloyd (who is flying – 10w last 50 rides) on the evenutal winner Garrison got handed the race out in front whilst Oakfield Duke didn’t finish the race off after facing the breeze.
Mr Racing made a mistake in not reminding all members to take the bet returns offered by majority of the bookmakers on Saturday.
These are a gexcellent promotions to use as you will see in our results below we are striking at 46% top 3 finish.
The Multi – Disappointing
Luna Volanti – A post-race veterinary examination revealed the filly to have bled from both nostrils. Excused offered.

Garza Blanca – 6th run in his first prep was the concern heading into the race and that was the case there on Saturday. Not sure if they will push onto the Magic Millions 3yo race now?
