Mr Racing is seeing them like beachballs of late and we must say it is great to be on the right side of the luck at the moment after a tough period. Thank you to all the members who have stayed strong, you are now getting rewarded.

Zoustar matches Australian record for winners in a season
Zoustar’s shot at eclipsing I Am Invincible’s record number of Australian winners in a season is set to go down to the wire as the Widden Stud star moved to 208 for 2023/24, level with the mark I Am Invincible set in 2020/21.
Newzou’s maiden win at Pakenham on Monday for trainer Matt Laurie enabled Zoustar to get within touching distance of the Australian record, with two days of the racing season remaining. He then moved level when Madame Meteor won the last race at Albury, her first win in 16 months.
While he has three of his progeny entered at Ballarat on Tuesday and another 10 around the country on Wednesday, only two of the 13 horses on that list are shooting for their first wins this season.
The record is for individual winners, not wins, so one of those two horses would have to win to give Zoustar the record in his own right.

Saturday Multi - 4 legs
What a way to finish the week then another Mr Racing Multi. All four legs looked to have found their perfect races there on Saturday and they did not let us down, making it back to back to back weeks with our Multi.
Madame Odette: Great ride from J.Orman here to get her into the perfect position 3 pairs back midfield. Got off the fence and workedinto the race at the top of the straight and class got her home. 1 for 1
Mr Bubbaluski: Congratulations to Dale from High Calibre Racing who owns Mr Bubbaluski and has some great owners mainly friends and family in the horse. Dale also has shares in Slippin' Jimmy and John Rambo with Mr Racing so we love to see the team getting winners. He didn't begin that well and we thought we were in trouble after he had to work early and trapped wide. He kept finding to hold of the challengers late. Our second pick and saver multi horse Tell No Gossip was held up and couldn't get out until the 200m but once clear failed to sprint with them getting run over late.
Been A Secret: Began ok and S. Cormack summed it up to slide across with the eventual leader to sit outside the lead. We were very keen that she would be too good for them and we must say it was a low win after having every possible and soft through the line in a bad race.
Invincible Shield: Extremely confident coming into the last leg of the big saturday multi. He satrted 1.5 and A Jones put him straight outside the lead. They walked early which set up perfectly for him, kicked clear to make it 4 from 4 this preparation and 4 from 4 in the Mr Racing multi.

Laizabout
Impressive debut after trialling super for this 2yr-old by the hot stallion, Zousain. He began well and controlled the race but gave his rivals a cold when letting down in the straight winning by a widening margin of 6.45 lengths. Although it was only a Taree Maiden he ran 0.54 seconds quicker than the BM58. Would have learnt alot there and can contiune to go throught the grades if palced right.

Slippin’ Jimmy Report:
The big boy has come through the run super and is ready to head back to the races next Friday on Coffs Cup day.
Whiskey Tower Report:
She came back in to the stables this week and will be heading to the trials in about 8 weeks.
Jimmy’s Brother Report:
Jimmy‘s Brother (C) is now in his second week of his second pre-training preparation at Fenwick Farm. He has now stepped up to working 2 laps on the sand track with a mate and is handling this work regime very nicely.
He has settled back into his work program very well after his spell at Storm Creek and we look forward to updating you again soon with his progress!

Anti Tank Missle Report:
Wow, that was a huge surprise. We thought it would just be a quiet one out the back and let him get a bit of an education but he really wanted to pick up underneath Wiggo. He is very raw and green which is to be expected as Dave has done nothing with him. We will see how he comes through and keep progressing to another jumpout before getting to the races.
Daring Exploit Report:
Ready to go for Tuesday next week where he will have a very easy time of it cruising around on the bit to blow some cob webs out. If he pulls up well we will be heading to a trial on the 24th after that.
John Rambo Report:
Tony is very happy with how John Rambo worked on Tuesday and its all systems go towards his first trial back this prep next Tuesday.

Jungle Cat x Khasahn
Mr Racing had this colt on our radar at the sales due to his half-brother (King Klaus) whom we tried to buy after his first race start. He is a fast, tough 1000m horse who has built a very handy record (29s :14 - 6 -1) and earned over $300,000 in prize money.
We loved his length, good muscle with clean knees and tracks well, he has a great head and a lovely mover.

Master Rich
Mr Racing along with trainer Jared Wehlow, purchased Master Rich at the recent Inglis Digital Online Sale for $8,000. He looks suited to North Queensland racing, especially the big Rockampton track and his run-on debut at Beaudesert was good when unsuited.
